How does the free Explore tier work?
Explore is a permanently free tier with every enterprise feature included — no time limit, no trial expiration, you'll never be charged. A card on file is required to prevent abuse (verified by Stripe Radar). You get 500 streaming minutes/month, 1 GB storage, full API access, SSO, custom domains, and all 8 protocols. When you hit your usage limits, service pauses until the next billing cycle (no surprise charges). Upgrade to Launch ($99/mo) anytime for 6x more minutes and overage billing instead of hard limits.
What happens when I exceed my included usage?
On paid plans (Launch, Scale, Volume), we never cut off your streams mid-broadcast. Overage charges apply automatically at your tier's rate: $2.00/1K min on Launch, $1.25/1K min on Scale (37% savings), and $0.80/1K min on Volume (60% savings). On the free Explore tier, usage is hard-capped — service pauses at the limit with no surprise charges. We send alerts at 50%, 80%, and 100% usage on all plans so you can upgrade proactively.
How is this different from your old pricing?
Previously, features like WebRTC, SSO, API access, and custom domains were locked behind higher tiers. Now every feature is included on every plan — including our free Explore tier. We've lowered prices (Launch $99 vs old Starter $149, Scale $399 vs old Professional $599), added a free tier, and given every customer access to every capability. You only pay more for higher usage volume and faster support.
Can I change my plan after signing up?
Absolutely. Upgrade anytime and the change takes effect immediately — we prorate your billing so you only pay the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. Since every plan includes every feature, plan changes are seamless — your streams, recordings, settings, domains, SSO config, and team members are all preserved.
Do unused streaming minutes roll over?
Minutes reset at each billing cycle and don't roll over. If you consistently use 70%+ of your allocation, we recommend upgrading — the next tier is typically more cost-effective than paying overages, and you get higher limits across the board plus faster support.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for all plans. Scale and Volume customers can also pay via ACH bank transfer or wire transfer. Custom tier customers can pay annually via invoice with NET-30 terms. Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount on any plan ($79/$319/$799/mo).
How does the Custom tier work? Do I need to talk to sales?

Is there a setup fee or minimum commitment?
No setup fees for any plan — start streaming within minutes. Explore is free forever (card on file required for fraud prevention, but you'll never be charged). Launch, Scale, and Volume plans are month-to-month with no minimum commitment. Custom tier annual contracts are available for additional savings. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on annual plans.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?
